Our John Boos 18" Diameter Round Chopping Blocks come in either Hard Rock Maple or Cherry End Grain construction. Cherry has the durability of the hardwood cutting block with a warm, deep, rich appearance. End grain constructed chopping blocks are favored by chefs for resisting bacteria and being easier on knife blades.
