Customer Service
The most important thing we sell is customer service and that has been the very foundation of our business since we began in 1999. Your private information is protected by our secure servers. We NEVER sell or trade any personal information. We do not want to impose on your privacy, so we only send a newsletter quarterly to keep you up-to-date on our latest products and changes. We strive to make your purchase a pleasure and we pride ourselves on our follow up to keep you informed throughout the process.

Your Satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the undamaged item within 10 days of receipt in its original shipping box and we will provide a credit based on our return policy below:

  • A Return Authorization is required. Please be sure to email or call for an authorization.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Please appropriately insure the item as we cannot accept a returned item damaged in shipment.
  • There will be a 25% restocking fee on SOME returned items, plus the cost of round trip shipping.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable for returned or replaced items. If a returned item was shipped for free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Items shipped by motor freight are delivered "curbside" when offloaded from the truck and you are responsible to provide moving into your house. This does not include bringing items into the residence or up to an apartment in a multiple floor building, or up stairs if the front door of the building is up multiple steps. In some cases you will be asked to assist in getting items off the truck. If you are unable to help with lifting heavy items, make sure you have someone available to help at the time of delivery. In some cases you may be able to make arrangements with the freight company for additional services. Please contact them directly for any additional services.
Be sure to note any obvious damage on the delivery receipt.

Product Availability
We are an authorized dealer for all the quality items we offer. We have a large quantity of items in stock, but our products are in high demand and occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock. New products arrive on a regular basis, so any out-of-stock order will be filled quickly. Some of our items may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer in order to better serve you in a timely manner. We take great pains to keep our site current. If an item happens to be temporarily out of stock, we will promptly notify you by email. We make every effort to contact you prior to shipment in order to make your experience satisfactory.

We also have a large variety of special order items available. Many of these items are made-to-order for you at the time of your order. We must charge for these items at time of ordering and cannot provide refunds on these items.

Many of our items ship within 2-3 business days unless stated otherwise. You will find any information about additional shipping times clearly stated on each item.

Billing
To protect from fraud, orders will be charged in advance, generally within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. So that we can guarantee delivery of backorder items, your card will be charged so the item can be shipped as soon as it arrives. We will gladly remove the charges for backorder items upon request, but then cannot guarantee product availability for your order.

Payment Methods
Payments are accepted in US funds by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.25% will be charged on all orders shipped within the state of Arizona.

Order Processing
Your orders are processed online using our secure servers and are encrypted prior to being transmitted to us for protection of your private information. You will receive an electronic confirmation message almost immediately and we will follow that up with a personal message to confirm availability and purchase. We will provide information throughout the process.

Product Warranties
Product warranty liability is limited to the price of the product purchased. Sonoma Gifts cannot be responsible for any consequential damages resulting from the use of our product(s).

Need help with the Order Process?
For every in-stock item, there will be an 'Add to Cart' button. This button adds the item to your 'shopping basket'.
Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping.
You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking on the Show Order button.

You are not committed to the order until you have entered your credit card information and clicked on "Order".
